Commission Payments: 4.1 Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, within 15 days following the end of each calendar month. 4.2 Payment will be made via the affiliate's selected payment method, provided that the minimum payout threshold has been reached. 4.3 In case of refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled orders, the corresponding commission amount will be deducted from the affiliate's pending or future payouts. 5. Termination: 5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. 5.2 Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this agreement will cease immediately. 6. Modification of Terms: 6.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. 6.2 Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions and staying updated with any changes made.
